Each full registration will give:
- access to the conference room
- access to tutorials (after registration available soon) organized on November 6, 2006
- welcome reception (November 7)
- official dinner (November 9)
- short guided visit of Paris (November 8)
- a conference bag with some gifts inside
- Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM (with ISBN)

For attending the conference dinner, each student could buy a ticket at the registration desk.
MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL CO-CHAIRS.
Dear authors of accepted papers,
You paper has been accepted for presentation at IECON'2006 which will be
organized in Paris November 7-10, 2006. Due a bank problem, the organizing
committee was not aware before, the registration was not ready for June 23 as
expected. We do hope it will be ready soon.
However, it is now possible to upload the final version of your paper as
explained in the acceptation letter you received before. Please take into
account the reviewers remarks to finalize your paper and do submit only its pdf
version translated with pdf eXpress as explained in our website. Any corrections
for author names, affiliations or paper title have to be provided in the final
version. Don't forget to send a pdf copy of your copyright form (downloaded
from our website) to
iecon06-copyright@iut-amiens.fr (Copyright form :
pdf,
doc).
I will like to recall you some rules in order to have your paper in the
proceedings and in the conference program :
- All paper has to be accompanied by full registration fees (IEEE Member or IEEE
Non-member),
- For authors having several papers, co-authors with student registration fees
can be accepted or payment of supplementary papers (3 is the maximum allowed by
author),
- Any unpaid paper (before September 16, 2006) will be automatically eliminated
from the proceedings and the final program,
- The only mean of payment is the credit card on a secure web-site (bank
transfer will be accepted as exception under request with all taxes related to
sending money at the attendee charge),
- Each student has to proved her/his status with the registration (pdf copy of
the student ID card),
- Each registration will give free access to a tutorial with tutorial
registration (organized on November 6, 2006),
- Any discount on the registration fees (for special session organizers or
tutorial speakers) is submitted to authorization,
- No invitation letter for visa will be sent before payment of registration fees
(it is useless to ask for),
- No other letter of acceptation will be sent except the e-mail you received
before,
- Please do inform all your co-authors of this message content.
The final program cannot be given now and the information about the presentation
(oral or poster, special session or regular) will be provided after August 31.
Please don't spam the organizers with e-mails requesting customized facilities.
With more than 1,000 papers accepted, it is not possible to take into account
any specialized request.
I look forward to meeting you in Paris next November 2006.
